http://aspspider.info/remotecomputerrepair/
Review of Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) final release - the most glossy and fastest Unity release of Ubuntu yet.

Ubuntu 13.04 is a vast improvement over its predecessor Ubuntu 12.10, the system is far more stable and runs a lot faster.
A lot of improvements were made to the underlying system to improve responsiveness, reduce memory usage, and improve full screen gaming framerates.

OpenSUSE 12.3 Review - KDE done right
http://aspspider.info/remotecomputerrepair/  FREE OS SYSTEM
Review of the KDE version of OpenSUSE 12.3, its a good implementation of KDE with some consistent styling throughout the system.
I spend a bit of time showing YaST admin tool, which is one of the best admin tools I've seen for Linux.

This latest release of Open SUSE is one of the few Linux distros able to install on a Windows 8 UEFI Secure Boot system.

Review Score: 85%
No real criticism, other than a long boot time and slightly technical system installer.

Microsoft India Call Centre Scam Live Abusive Call
http://aspspider.info/remotecomputerrepair/
This is a live audio recording from a Scamming organisation claiming to be from Microsoft Technical Department. I received several calls from them over the course of 2 weeks. My frustration built-up to the point that I decided to turn it around on them and they ended hanging up on me! Apologies in advance if I upset any members of the Indian community. it is not my intention.

IT Scammer vs IT department. The day he tried to phone BULL me
http://aspspider.info/remotecomputerrepair/
This is a very common IT phone Scam but unfortunately the phone scammer didn't realise he was calling an IT department. We decided to play the "game" of a non-IT user before exposing him as a Scam. There is some information on the Scam itself at the end of the film.
http://aspspider.info/remotecomputerrepair/
Note: These scammers will invest a lot of time just to get what they want. Even with all the obvious jokes and blatant insults they still carried on trying. The phone call was a total of 24 minutes but we only started recording part way through. We had already had a conversation about a firewall, in which we related it to the wall outside the house. This person thought he was dealing with a complete thicko by this time.
